Zhou Yan takes on a cargo damage claim. The opposing lawyer, Du Cheng, presents a settlement offer worth a fortune and begs her to drop the case. Clutching a ticket stub, she is certain she can win, until the stub is switched. Her only ally is Pei Zhao, the station's left-luggage locker attendant. The two set a trap in the waiting hall using metal lockers and old account books. Du Cheng's desperate pleas hide a history of forged documents, while Meng, the key witness to the switch, has already stashed the real evidence in Pei Zhao's locker. Zhou Yan plans to use a blockade of resources to force Du Cheng to expose himself, but Stationmaster Song is waiting to swallow up the entire harbor.
