At midnight on a yin year and yin month, antique dealer Lin Qiu encounters the mysterious sword cultivator Qin Jiu in a convenience store. Half a blood talisman, ninety-nine warding nails, and a three-second death message drag him into a sealing battle that spans a century. To break through the spatial barrier around the Sword Mound, Qin Jiu steals three years of Lin Qiu's lifespan while using the body of a Shadow Guard.
