Love Letters Beneath the Ink-Cloud Sky

A fantasy novel with two male leads. This is the author’s first time writing this kind of story. Please be kind if it’s not to your taste. Yun Zheng has had a special constitution since childhood. His sweat can bring dead plants and animals back to life. He grew up relying on his grandfather, who is not his biological grandfather but a professor of botany. His grandfather accidentally discovered Yun Zheng’s special ability, and from then on wouldn’t let him exercise strenuously, so he wouldn’t sweat. Yun Zheng never lived in a dorm during high school or college, either. Mo Yun is the Snake Lord of a remote mountain. He controls all the animals there and is its supreme ruler. During an expedition into the mountains, Yun Zheng accidentally eats a thousand-year-old spiritual fruit. The fruit is very important to Mo Jue, and because of it, Mo Jue leaves the mountain in human form. He decides to find the person who ate the fruit, setting off a love story between a man and a snake.
