“Your life should never leave you with nowhere to turn.” These were the last words the person who created her left behind before departing.
Her creator gave her a beautiful face, wealth, emotional intelligence, intellect, and countless other seemingly insignificant abilities. She hated the person who had written her, believing they had deprived her of her freedom.
Only after that person died and the world collapsed did she learn that they had left her the most powerful backing imaginable: The King of Playwriting. That was the brilliance that belonged to her.
Today, she has nowhere to turn; tomorrow, she will find her way.
Content notes: This story fills out the series' setting. The full script version is 200,000 words. The main story has little romance. Main pairing: Gui Que (screenwriter) × Su Buzhi (actor). There are numerous side pairings, and all sexual orientations are welcome.
