Lost in the Fog, Forgetting You

“Auntie, I've made up my mind. I'm willing to leave the Bo family and go abroad to live with you.”

On the other end of the phone, her aunt sounded delighted, offering her earnest advice.

“Good, Qinghuai. I'll arrange your visa right away. It should take about another month. In the meantime, spend plenty of time with your friends and classmates. Once you settle in New Zealand, you probably won't see them again for a long time. Make sure to catch up and say your goodbyes.”
