In the early twenty-first century, I joined a tomb-raiding gang in Northeast China.

Even in modern times, tomb raiding and treasure hunting, feng shui and the occult, con artists, thieves and tunnel rats, contract killings, Miaojiang poison arts, and Dianxi corpse magic still exist.
