I'm a Celestial Dragon, and My First Pokemon Is a White Dragon?

Qiao Xin, a Celestial Dragon at odds with the World Government and embroiled in conflict with his family, resolutely heads to Loguetown, the East Blue's most prosperous town in the pirate world. But just then, Qiao Xin acquires the Pokemon System. The more Pokemon knowledge he spreads throughout this pirate world, the more rewards he receives. From then on, all kinds of customers start showing up at Qiao Xin's shop. Nami: You're charging me a hundred thousand for a cat? Is this some kind of scam shop? What, this cat can help me make money? Maybe we can talk about the price, boss? Luffy: Pokemon eat even more than I do? I don't believe it. Give me one and I'll see for myself! Hawkeye: You're saying this Pokemon can evolve into Samurott? Then I'll take one. And as more Pokemon appear, the world begins to merge with other worlds. The Black Dragon, Zekrom: Let's change this world into the ideal place! Groudon: There seems to be a little too much ocean in this world. Why don't I make some more land? Kyogre: Don't! I think this world is great as it is. There's plenty of ocean, and I like it! Rayquaza: I'll deal with Kaido, that guy who calls himself the world's strongest dragon, and then I'll take care of you two!
