The Yin Pact: Nine Souls to Seal the Corpse

The protagonist, Chen Jiuyin, was born in the year, month, and hour of Yin. His mother died in childbirth, and after her body was sewn into the ancestral Blood Jade Bangle, she was buried in the Chen family graveyard. Eighteen years later, a string of nine linked deaths suddenly strikes the village. Every victim has been drained of blood, and the bodies are arranged in the shape of the Big Dipper. During his investigation, Chen Jiuyin discovers that his mother's grave is actually empty. All that remains in the coffin is a bloodstained marriage contract for the dead, while the mark of a Blood Jade Bangle that has inexplicably appeared on his wrist holds the key to suppressing the resentment of the nine corpses.
