The Andersen Ending

When the blood-red countdown on the bathroom mirror hits zero, Lin Wan is reborn for the 23rd time in the bathtub of her best friend's apartment. The butterfly-shaped birthmark on the back of her neck burns as if it were brand new. Her smartwatch reads 6:00 a.m., July 15, 2023, the morning her best friend, Su Man, disappeared. This time, three abnormalities have appeared: 1. Seven sets of pure white restraints in Su Man's wardrobe, with “Seven Deadly Sins” embroidered in Latin around the collars 2. The temperature difference between 42.3°C and minus 17°C tears open space and time. In the mirror dimension, Su Man's surviving consciousness is being injected into a star-core cocoon. And in the ashes of the orphanage fire, the totem formed by seven children holding hands is, impossibly, the spark that will rewrite human civilization…
