[Single-player game + single protagonist + genderless + no supporting cast + time stop + editor]
(A physics-based play style. The game draws on the concepts of Spore and some classic sandbox games. There is no crafting system or grid-based inventory.)
As a single-player game enthusiast, I designed a game called Bone Realm.
The gameplay is simple:
Soul power is gravity. You need enough power to attract bones, and controlling each additional bone requires more soul power.
Newton's laws still apply here. To grow, you must devour larger soul fires.
The game wasn't even finished, and I was already inside it.
Now I'm a soul fire, the one who understands the “paths to advancement” better than anyone in this world. This is a playground I built for myself.
But I clearly turned off multiplayer mode. So why is something else connecting to me?
This whole world belongs to me. All of you, get out
Don't touch my bones.
Don't touch my soul fire.
Nobody gets to join my single-player game!
Stand-alone game style, physical-level combat design, no survival pressure, no audience, only one player constantly exploring the world. If you've had enough of the formulaic writing, you can change your taste.
