The Primordial One Breath Creation and Immortality Mantra

From a single breath of primordial energy, the Taiji is born; the Five Elements revolve, transforming into eternal life. Hold fast to the center and embrace the One, fathom the mysteries; complete nine cycles, return to the truth, and knock upon the gates of the Jade Capital. As chaos first breaks apart and the primordial age begins, a single breath takes form, giving rise to the Taiji and the yin and yang. The Five Elements revolve without end: metal’s sharpness, wood’s vitality, water’s moistness, fire’s intensity, and earth’s solidity answer one another, nurturing the spark of eternal life.

Cultivators must hold fast to the center and embrace the One, focusing their minds on the dantian and remaining utterly still as they fathom the mysteries. They guide qi with spirit and nourish spirit with qi, bringing the two together as they gradually enter a higher state. Each cycle brings trials and tempering: they absorb the spiritual energy of heaven and earth, fuse the power of the Five Elements, and transform it into their own vital essence.

When all nine cycles are complete, the energy throughout their bodies merges with heaven and earth. Their true qi surges freely in every direction, allowing them to tread the void, shatter illusions, and knock directly upon the golden gates of the Jade Capital. Thus they attain eternal life, transcend reincarnation, and roam freely between heaven and earth.
