In This Life, Al Nini Is My Spirit Pet

Al Nini is my spirit pet. In this life, I awoke from the stillness of death…

Nini looked at me:

Master, where are we going?

The mortal world and the heavens, both. And the Land of Nether Springs…

Behind the peaceful life of Xiao Mo, a web novelist and tarot reader, lie mysterious tales spanning time and space. She once had many identities: the mortal girl Feng Zhi Mo, Princess Mo'er of the Asura Kingdom, a heroine by the River of Forgetfulness, and a cultivator of the Ninth Heaven. Every chapter of her life was filled with wonder. Now, living as herself in the present, Xiao Mo looks back on all that came before. Her adventures, passions, loves, and hatreds gradually resurface in this fantastical journey of reincarnation, growth, and discovery.

Come and see how Xiao Mo will lift the veil of mystery over her past!

Wait! There's more!

As Xiao Mo looks back, memories, feelings, and experiences surge into her mind like a tide. In a moment, a powerful emotion may strike her and inspire her to write modern poetry. Those poems may even become her own unique way of lifting the veil over her past. Every line holds her interpretation of what came before and her reflections on life.

In the “A Few Words” section, modern poetry serves as a bridge for Xiao Mo to speak with herself and her past, carrying the truth of her innermost feelings about bygone days.
