Heavenly Express

On a stormy night, blood starts dripping from the delivery box, and the countdown marks how much time Li Gousheng has left to live. A bizarre pop-up appears on his phone: [Every minute a delivery is late costs you 60 minutes of life.] When he uses a rusted Meituan badge to open a delivery locker imprisoning demons, a dragon-scale counter suddenly appears on his neck: good reviews protect him, while bad ones summon heavenly lightning.

With one hand, he delivers Meng Po Soup to a top-floor CBD office; with the other, he drops off Sun Wukong-style colored contacts to the White Bone Demon. Paw prints from a husky tearing up the house leave five-star reviews on Thor's hammer, retired City God Grandpa Zhang uses candied hawthorns to navigate the road to the underworld, and a photocopy of the Book of Life and Death chases him around the house, slapping him over and over.2

When his bloodline contamination reaches the critical threshold, Li Gousheng tears off a dragon scale and jams it into the bottom compartment of his vibranium delivery box. As the alarm for 0404, his father's final order, blares, he hears a cold notification in his Bluetooth earpiece: [Your final delivery order has been generated. Target item: the Heavenly Court's core source code.]
