Rule Horror: She Is Eerie, Descending Upon the Human World

[No CP + Rule-Based Horror + Supernatural + Many Female Characters + Strong Female Lead] At first, people thought these were merely isolated murders. Then this rule-bound horror descended upon the entire world. [Rule One: The Abuser's Nightmare: The perpetrator will meet his end in a state of utter terror.] P.S. The female lead is the supernatural entity herself. She feeds on malice and has a vicious personality. Don't try to judge her by human morality.
