A Certain Magical Phase City

[Crossover elements] + [The Foundation] + [A Certain Magical Index] + [Hong Kong · City · River] + [Protagonist has no System] + more Twenty years later, a man known as the “Silver Star” sets foot on land again, gazing in bewilderment at a world transformed. Once, he had stopped at nothing to achieve his goals, even breaking with his former comrades. Though he had withdrawn to the other side of the world, he ultimately failed to escape the vortex that had always revolved around him. Now that he has returned, he looks upon a city that should exist only in theory. For the first time, the man has no idea where to go. The shadow of the Cold War still hangs overhead, while anomalous organizations from every side lie in wait. There is the integrated thaumaturge from the Supernatural Alliance; the mystical Eastern sect pursuing a mysterious woman; the association united under the foundations of classical theology; the Foundation, seeking to control everything through the very nature of anomalies; and the band founded by a mysterious girl named Alice for the sake of someone’s dream... It seems that all these motley groups have converged at just the right moment in a phase-shifted city known as Hong Kong... No, it should be called Fragrant City. The road ahead is long. Where will the returning “Silver Star” go... “So what exactly are you getting at?” The “Golden” magician, Aleister Crowley, the “Silver Star,” asked Dion Fortune, former member of the “Golden Dawn” and current head of the “Integrated Thaumaturgy Center.” “What I mean is...” The girl let out a soft sigh. “The age of magic is over, Mr. Crowley.”
