The Rose and Her Beast

During a trip, Yu Gui gets separated from her friends. Exhausted and injured, she discovers an enormous castle deep in the woods. The castle is mysterious, gloomy, and magnificent. Its only occupants are an old butler and a white beast. Yu Gui plans to rest for one night before leaving, but she has barely gone any distance when she encounters a terrifying man-eating monster and nearly loses her life. With nowhere else to turn, she has no choice but to return to the castle and ask for help. After she begs again and again, the old butler agrees to let her stay. Strangely, though, her only task is to look after the white beast, tending to his meals and daily needs. She doesn't have to do anything else. But little by little, she realizes that the forest around her has completely changed. This is no longer the forest she visited on her trip, and one strange occurrence after another begins to unfold. Her distinctly Eastern looks and bearing also draw countless curious creatures to her. In an instant, Yu Gui becomes a rare species. A winged familiar, a boy who can turn into a dragon, a black-haired vampire with red eyes, a blond, baby-faced priest, and a handsome, dark-skinned king with catlike eyes: every one of them is a strikingly exotic man... And so, together with all these monsters and supernatural beings, she sets off on a wonderful journey, witnessing their lives and stories along the way.
