The Desolate Heaven Emperor, the Ye Heaven Emperor, and the Chu Heaven Emperor all took on the very same disciple. They say this young fellow has an exceptionally rare gift. They had certainly seen it for themselves: there was only one person who could walk around carrying the Desolate Sword of the Desolate Heaven Emperor and the Heaven Saber of the Chu Heaven Emperor. And if some fool dared to provoke him, the Ye Heaven Emperor’s Cauldron of the Mother Qi of All Things would come down over them.
Everyone was at their wits’ end, yet dared not complain. After all, this little ancestor had an incredibly powerful pedigree, and the three strongest people in the world had his back. Nobody wanted that trouble.
But then they noticed that the little ancestor had stopped running around causing chaos. For a while, he all but disappeared.
What they didn’t know was that when he was six, he had accidentally cleaved open time with the Desolate Sword and met a friend. The fact that everyone who usually indulged him found this rather amusing meant that his greatest pleasure changed from causing trouble everywhere to going out each day to look for that friend.
But soon, he realized that his friend was gone. So he decided to cross through space and find her.
