Xiaomei's Ordinary Life

The Ordinary Life of Xiao Mei is a snapshot of the changing lives of modern women. The heroine transfers from teaching to a government office and bravely makes a career change, balancing work and family. She shares life's burdens with her husband, Li Yuanshan, raises their child, and treasures every warm family outing.

When her husband suffers a sudden upheaval, she doesn't give in to despair. She shoulders life's burdens on her own and calmly faces every storm. Mother and son care for and miss each other, while her son, far away, always keeps her in his thoughts.

Even after retirement, she remains eager to learn and continues pursuing her hobbies. Her story reminds us that we can keep growing at every stage of life. Happiness isn't only about career achievements. Taking care with an ordinary life and facing its storms can also bring us a value and radiance that are uniquely our own.
