My Master Is the Jinx

No contrived plot, no System, brain storage available. Pure comedy, a brainless power fantasy! Niu Dali was a factory laborer until he was struck by lightning out of sheer bad luck. Fortunately, the Star-Crossed Immortal Lord saved him and gave him magical powers, changing his fate forever. Niu Dali said to the Star-Crossed Immortal Lord, “Old man, your life is so miserable. If all else fails, I’ll ask the Jade Emperor to get you welfare benefits!” The Star-Crossed Immortal Lord flushed with embarrassment. “Don’t talk nonsense. I don’t need them!” Niu Dali said, “Old man, I’ll take you down to the mortal world for a good time.” The Star-Crossed Immortal Lord cursed angrily. “I gave my fortune to the King of Hell to save you. Without any fortune, I can’t go to the mortal realm. Stop making fun of your master!” Niu Dali kept pestering him. “Old man, find me a fairy wife.” The Star-Crossed Immortal Lord looked troubled. “I’m just a low-ranking immortal. I don’t know any fairies.” Niu Dali curled his lip. “You’re not very popular, are you?” The Star-Crossed Immortal Lord stubbornly retorted, “Don’t talk nonsense. I have a good reputation and plenty of friends. I’ll find you one someday.” Niu Dali offered spicy strips to the Supreme Lord Laozi. “Lord Laozi, try these spicy strips. I’ll trade them for your elixir.” The Supreme Lord Laozi said, “How novel. Deal!” He ran into the Primordial Heavenly Venerable. “Venerable, have a cigarette. I want one of your magic treasures.” The Primordial Heavenly Venerable said, “Interesting. Take it!” Niu Dali raised his eyebrows and said, “Heavenly King Li, we’re practically brothers. Lend me your pagoda to play with.” Li Jing, the Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King, shook his head helplessly. “Fine, take it. Just don’t break it!” He became sworn brothers with the Jade Emperor and buddy-buddy with Heavenly King Li, thriving in the immortal realm with little trinkets from the mortal world. Join Niu Dali on a hilarious journey through the immortal realm!
