Reborn in 1858: Building the First Empire of the East

Li Changsheng transmigrates to Ku Island in 1858. The Qing Empire and the Russian Empire have just signed the “Treaty of Aigun,” ceding all the land north of the Longjiang River to Russia, while the territory east of the Wujiang River, including Ku Island, is to be jointly administered by Russia and the Qing. Li Changsheng's hometown, Lijiatun, faces armed slaughter and enslavement at the hands of Russian aristocratic landowners. As a military-history enthusiast, Li Changsheng can no longer stand by.
