[Coming-of-Age] + [Nation's Little Brother] + [Livestream] + [Variety Show] + [Auntie] + [Older Woman-Younger Man Romance] + [Super Sweet] + [Ordinary Person] + [Entertainment Industry] + [Lighthearted Comedy] + [Succubus] + [Absurd] + [Going Crazy]

"He's just some nobody, how dare he slap my precious giegie!!! Cyberbully him!"

"Why is he licking my fave's feet! That's disgusting! Cyberbully him!"

"Is he crazy?! This is so absurd. Can they even Livestream this? Don't let him get the show banned!"

To raise money for his aunt Gu Xintong's surgery, Chen Zi'an joined a dating variety show called Heartflutter Peach Blossom Village 9.

A hit show that had taken the internet by storm, the previous eight seasons had been savaged by viewers for feeling too scripted, with the celebrities' act all too obvious. Its popularity plummeted, and it couldn't even land any advertisers.

If the ninth season had nothing to offer, the entire production crew would be out of work!

With no other choice, the director brought in ordinary people, internet celebrities, and washed-up stars, and came up with an absurd script.

The whole production crew was recklessly testing the limits of getting the show banned.

To raise money for his aunt, the male lead had no choice but to go along with the director's script and act absurd and crazy.

After the first episode aired, the show was trending across the internet, and Chen Zi'an shot straight to the top of the trending charts.

Overnight, the whole internet turned against him.

But the director went back on his word and never paid him the promised money.

Just as Chen Zi'an was utterly despairing, he awakened the Entertainment Tycoon System.

From an ordinary person reviled across the internet, to the nation's top-tier star, the Nation's Little Brother, and finally to a tycoon who controlled the entertainment industry,

when asked in an interview about the awkward footage of his first time on a dating show, Chen Zi'an calmly said, "That's not a shameful past. It's the road that brought me here."
