However, compared with the original versions, these abilities are either severely weakened or wildly absurd. As a result, most people seem to have amazing powers, but are actually total goofballs. Some can resurrect the dead, but only flies and mosquitoes. Some have three heads and six arms, but their heads are different sizes and they lack intelligence. Some have laser vision, but it's so weak they can only light cigarettes... Evil ability users, however, have powers of every kind. Some assassins can kill people in their dreams, carrying out assassinations within the dream world. Some smugglers can use the art of teleportation to smuggle goods across time and space. Some con artists wield Yuri's mind control, making anyone they ensnare obediently transfer money...
