The Immortal Doctor Descends the Mountain

The Immortal Doctor Descends the Mountain tells the legendary story of Lin Feng, heir to the Immortal Doctor tradition. Lin Feng grew up on Qingyun Peak, where he studied medicine and cultivation under his master. After completing his training, he descended the mountain to gain experience.

On his first journey down the mountain, he uses his remarkable medical skills to save an old man in Qingping Town, but gets into a conflict with the soldiers because he lacks a medical license. He displays his immortal arts and makes his first impression. Later, he travels to the capital and opens an Immortal Doctor Clinic. His reputation soars after he cures the son of the wealthy merchant Wang, but his success also provokes the jealousy of his fellow practitioners.

When the empress falls gravely ill, Lin Feng is summoned to the palace. He discovers that she has been poisoned and successfully detoxifies her, then begins investigating who was behind the poisoning. Along the way, he meets Ling'er, a kind and clever palace maid, and the two gradually fall in love.

As the investigation deepens, Lin Feng discovers that palace intrigue is tangled and dangerous. Unafraid of the powerful, he joins forces with Ling'er and finally exposes the imperial concubine as the true culprit, securing justice for the empress.

Yet the palace struggle is far from over. Lin Feng knows the road ahead will be difficult, but he stays true to his principles of justice and courage. With his superb medical skills and immortal arts, he holds fast to his original purpose in a world full of schemes and danger, striving to save all living beings.
