Twenty-five thousand years ago, a cataclysm plunged the Demon Realm and the Celestial Realm into a battle that shook the heavens and earth. The disaster spread to the other realms of the Six Realms as well, especially the fragile Human Realm. In its wake, demons and monsters ran rampant, calamities and disasters struck without end, and humanity was plunged into misery.
Had the Godly Lord Feng Yixie of the Nether Abyss, who had long resided in the Changli Hall on the twenty-third heaven of the Celestial Realm, not stepped forward to challenge the Demon Emperor Jiu Yue, the cataclysm would not have ended so easily. It might have grown ever worse, ultimately turning into a war among all Six Realms.
The Godly Lord Feng Yixie of the Nether Abyss had already held a supremely exalted position among the Six Realms. After this, he was elevated to something even more mysterious and ethereal: a legend one could hear of, but never hope to imagine.
