Tomb Raiding: Showing Off and Courting Death in The Grave Robbers' Chronicles, Yet Too Proud to Admit Defeat

【The main story has no romance. I originally planned to include a pairing, but first, I was worried I might not be able to handle it well as a first-time writer and would give up; second, lately there have been a lot of complaints about self-insert romance stories for The Grave Robbers' Chronicles. I only wanted to write a pairing because I was drawn to the characters and wanted to appreciate them, but the protagonist is my OC, and I've always been torn over whether to write a pairing or not. In short, the main story has no romance, though I may write extra chapters. Possible pairings include the protagonist and Ling Feng Xiao Xi as the main pairing (selfcest), their fellow clansman Ling Yun Mi Ying, Ping Hei Hua Xie, and Ling Yun Mi Ying with Hei Ping Hua Xie. Any of those are possible. The main story may have scenes that seem somewhat romantic, but they're mostly driven by a desire to investigate.】Ling Feng Xiao Xi, a veteran ace of the quick transmigration bureau, transmigrates into The Grave Robbers' Chronicles. On the surface, she's a cool and aloof powerhouse; underneath... she's from Miaojiang, controls Gu, and has a pure Yin body. She has no bloodline, but thanks to her pure Yin body and the quick transmigration bureau, she's essentially immortal. The protagonist is powerful, and the System is highly capable; the protagonist takes charge of the System. She's a proud, tsundere type who gets riled up easily. I'll do my best to keep her characterization consistent; if she goes out of character, consider it my own interpretation. There'll be a lot more later. See the opening for the rest. “I transmigrated into the book and met you. It was both chance and fate. Wasn't resolving regrets also a way of saving myself? After forcing my way in, I realized I'd been caught up in it all along.” This is the blurb in the bottom-right corner of the cover, though it may be partly obscured.
