Chu Yunqing is hunted down. When he wakes, he finds himself in a small mountain village. The one who saved him is Xiang Ming, the village carpenter.
Though the village is poor and remote, its people are kind and beautiful. Chu Yunqing is so happy there that he forgets all about home, no longer even wanting to fight over the family fortune.
But Xiang Ming is simply too popular. First, the daughter of the village's richest man takes an interest in him; then a promising young attending physician does too. When Chu Yunqing rushes back, he discovers... he doesn't want to be the younger brother anymore!
