In the second semester of her sophomore year of high school, Shen Ruoxi transfers back to Longcheng Lishou Middle School after a family upheaval and moves in with Lu Shan, a friend of her father's. Under the same roof, she and Lu Xing, Lu Shan's son, are two young people with very different personalities who embark on a bumpy yet heartwarming journey through youth. At first, they can't stand each other and argue constantly. But as they gradually discover what makes the other special, feelings quietly begin to grow.
