Magical Girl? I'm a Magical Boy!

“Hey, what would our story be like if it were written as a light novel?”

“Oh, oh, let me go first!” Yamada raised her hand. “My title is: ‘Forced to Become a Magical Girl, I Cook to Protect Everyone's Smiles.’”

“Isn't that title too long?” I couldn't help commenting.

“How about ‘Kiyomizu Sora's Guide to Winning Over Magical Girls’?” Misaki suggested enthusiastically. “Subtitle: The Harem Plan, Starting from Zero!”

“Rejected,” Rin cut in decisively.

“‘Magical Adventures at Harukodai’?” Sunflower suggested softly. “The story could be linked together by the paths of the stars and Jupiter...”

“I-I was joking!” she hurried to explain. “I just said it without thinking...”

“Noted,” Suzuki said, quickly entering it into the terminal.

“‘Pudding Is the Source of a Magical Girl's Power,’” Senior Chika joked, an unusual thing for her.

“Doesn't that give away someone's obsession?” I said with a laugh, glancing at Rin.

“‘When a Magical Girl Meets a Cooking Pro!’” Yamada added excitedly.

“‘Jupiter Bears Witness to the Magical Girls' Bonds,’” Sunflower said after giving it some serious thought.

“Come to think of it,” I suddenly realized, “if we really were going to write it, the opening should be...”
