A cataclysm changed the course of history.
Coastal cities, home to the very best of modern civilization, fell completely. The people who remained retreated inland and struggled to survive, until another cataclysm arrived...
Every day, Ruoshui can't resist sneaking from inland to the coast to fish. While he waits, he enjoys the scenery of sea and sky blending together and the sunset. Ordinary monsters can't hurt him, but there's one flaw: every time, he comes back empty-handed.
But today is different. He didn't come back empty-handed, because he caught a big fish. No, wait...
"Heh heh..."
That's not a big fish. Where did this shipgirl come from?
Years later,
"As long as the Commander launches an attack, everything will get better."
"The Commander is the only sun in the world!"
