But when I got in front of him, he wasn’t afraid of me at all. Just as I thought he was only putting on a brave face, he smiled.
“Purifier-chan, ever taken a punch from a few tens of thousands of tons of steel?”
I didn’t understand what he meant. Then I heard him shout as dazzling light enveloped his entire body.
The next thing I knew, my face was hit with tremendous pain. I fainted on the spot and lost consciousness.
Even at the very end, I was still wondering: was he really just an ordinary commander?
