The Outcast: Born with Lightning, I Devour Thunder Arts on Mount Longhu

Lin Yan unexpectedly transmigrates to a world of superpowered outcasts, born with the fate of a Thunder Spirit Child and a natural affinity for lightning.

For others, getting struck by lightning means certain death. For Lin Yan, high-voltage electricity and lightning are both powerful tonics.

When he is sixteen, Zhang Chulan, the inheritor of the Qi-State Origin-Flow, is exposed.

To ensure Zhang Chulan wins the Luotian Grand Ceremony, the Company hires Lin Yan at a high price to help him.

At the thought of Mount Longhu, Lin Yan thinks of thunder arts.

He has secretly touched high-voltage wires and climbed to a mountaintop in a rainstorm to hold up a lightning rod.

But he's never actually tried thunder arts, and he has no idea whether they'll help his cultivation.

When he arrives at Mount Longhu to take part in the Luotian Grand Ceremony, everyone is stunned.

He ties Zhang Chulan up and forces him to use his thunder arts, threatening to beat him if he doesn't!

He absorbs all of Zhang Lingyu's Yin Five Thunders, then goads Zhang Lingyu into releasing even more!

He blocks the Five Thunder Talisman that Lu Jin uses to attack Tu Junfang!

Xia He: “Hahaha! Lin Yan doesn't do a single decent thing! But big sis likes him!”

Zhang Chulan: “So who's the one with no shame here?!”

Old Celestial Master: “Sigh... Mount Longhu's thunder arts have really met their natural nemesis!”
