The Eagle's Lord of Equal Rank

The Battle for the Nation’s Fortune: Musk, hear this decree! For the great service you have rendered, we hereby appoint you Grand General of Heavenly Strategy, make you Grand Preceptor and Grand Marshal, promote you to Senior General and Grand Chancellor, and place you in charge of all affairs of state. You may establish an official residence on the same footing as the Three Excellencies, enter Ivanka’s boudoir at will, and govern Texas. You shall command all military affairs within and beyond the capital, serve as inspector of the West Coast, military governor of North America, and inspector of California; govern both states, command Washington, serve as chief commander of the San Francisco expedition, govern Hawaii, and serve as prefect of Los Angeles. We name you Pillar of the State and King of North America, grant you a ceremonial staff and the imperial yellow battle-axe, and permit you to enter court without hurrying, receive greetings without having your name announced, and enter the palace wearing your sword and shoes. We grant you the Nine Honors, a crown with twelve strands of beads, a ceremonial procession to announce your departure and arrival, a golden carriage drawn by six horses, and the emperor’s own carriage, robes, and ceremonial insignia. You may raise the emperor’s banners. So decreed!
