Outside the Civil Affairs Bureau, beneath a gloomy sky, Jiang Enduo strides away in her high heels without looking back. Watching her leave, Shu Luohan feels as if something is crushing his chest.
For a while afterward, Shu Luohan is miserable. But knowing they divorced because Jiang Enduo cheated, he resolves to forget her.
Only when he meets the man Jiang Enduo supposedly cheated with does Shu Luohan learn the truth. There was no affair. Back then, Jiang Enduo was struggling at work and had wanted to make a fresh start with him, but he had misunderstood her so badly…
Only then does he realize he can’t live without Jiang Enduo. He still loves her deeply, and he’s determined to win her back and start over, never letting her down again…
It's a good book, but not many people seem to read it.
Close to life, naturally! 👍
