EVA: The Final Chapter

In the sea of LCL,

After everything he had been through, Shinji was brought back to reality by Asuka’s words: “How disgusting.”

Looking at the world around him, Shinji could hold on no longer. He lay in Asuka’s arms and began to weep softly...

“I’m sorry... Asuka... I’m sorry...”

When Shinji opened his eyes again, he had returned to the time before the story began.

The familiar plot, the familiar characters, the familiar lines...

The only thing that had changed was Shinji’s resolve, now completely mature.

“This time... I won’t run away again...”

“Give Asuka... back to me!!!”
