(Scheming, obsessive, devoted, loyal-dog seme × Flirtatious, dissolute, spoiled-brat mad-dog uke) Groveling pursuit
Zuo Fuguang grew up spoiled as the prince's only son. Lazy, unruly, and domineering, he became a notorious playboy.
He bowed to no one. The only person he had ever feared was his childhood friend, Cang Yuan.
After spending ten years in the capital, Cang Yuan returned and, on his very first day back, dragged Fuguang out of a brothel and gave him a beating.
But by then, Fuguang had grown too big for his boots and wasn't afraid of him anymore. When the two met, they were like a mad dog facing off against a vicious hound, loving and fighting each other amid endless chaos!
Their complicated relationship of dependence and biting eventually brought them from opposition to intimacy, entwining their fates in countless ways.
As it turned out, Fuguang had been biding his time and pursuing a political path, while Cang Yuan became the savior general who helped him clear every obstacle.
War, threats, and schemes could never tear the two apart. They fought side by side against their common enemies, but even in peaceful times they were at each other's throats.
Fuguang relied on Cang Yuan his entire life, yet also doubted him for just as long.
Only after the realm was finally at peace and his loyal hound left with an injury did the reformed playboy chase after him, right on the horse's heels.
“Cang Yuan, the realm is at peace now. Will you be my consort?”
“If you won't, then I'll have you dragged back!”
“Cang Yuan, don't leave me. You can do whatever you want with me.”
The writing is quite good. Although the two people don't spend much time together, and the whole book is mainly about machinations, I think it's quite interesting. Maybe I like the way the author expresses it. Many novels can no longer be read after reading dozens of chapters. Because of some exaggerated vocabulary or pale plots, they abandon the book. But I am still willing to finish reading this book.
Mainly, I think Cang Yuan is my favorite character. I don't like Fuguang's family. He is self-righteous and annoying. I like Cang Yuan's patience and flexibility. Maybe the so-called dignity and face are not the most important in front of the person you like. This is completely opposite to the situation in modern society where people break up if they don't agree. In love, someone may love another person more. The one who is loved is always confident, and the one who loves deeply is always willing...
A very good book, worth recommending
The book is very beautiful, like, like, like [like][like][like]
The writing is really good, the text is fresh and not sloppy. The relationship between the young prince and Yuan Erdi is beautifully written. The ending is a bit rushed and the meaning is not complete.
Read carefully and comment:
The characters are full-bodied, distinctive, and flesh-and-blood
The plot setting is not outrageous, has depth and is interlocking.
Worth recommending
