[Study Abroad Adventures, A Crazy Love]

After Lin Yanshuang was admitted to the biology department at Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan, she said goodbye to her family and set off for school.

Lin Yanshuang's family were Buddhists. She had heard that, in Japanese society, although firearm regulations were strict, private citizens were permitted to own guns, provided they passed multiple rounds of screening.

Wanting to keep herself safe, she went to a temple to pray for a protective amulet. Little did she know that her visit to Shitennoji Temple would change her entire study-abroad journey.
