Waiting for Flowers to Bloom Beneath the Clouds

After graduating from college, Gu Xiaomo devotes herself to education in a remote border region, where she reunites with her first love, Leng Yunxiao, after years apart. Leng Yunxiao is now a domineering CEO, and he is determined to punish Gu Xiaomo for her “betrayal” all those years ago. As work and daily life bring them together, their relationship grows increasingly complicated. Leng Yunxiao deliberately makes trouble for Gu Xiaomo, yet steps in to help her at crucial moments, leaving her confused. As they spend more time together, Leng Yunxiao gradually uncovers the truth about the past, and his resentment fades. In the end, they resolve their differences and happily walk down the aisle together.
