My Vampire Husband, Bite Gently

I haven't finished it yet. It's uncomfortable to read. Read it with caution. It's not that the author writes poorly. What makes me uncomfortable is that firstly, the progress is relatively slow. Secondly, my personal habit is to separate novels from reality. In reality, parents must pay close attention to their children's love affairs and treat them with caution. I think this is correct, but I am very annoyed in the novel. I feel like these parents are preventing them from being together. As a reader, I have a God's perspective. I know that they like each other and will be very, very good to each other, so I hope they can get together as soon as possible and get the support of their families. But this is not the case in this book, so I felt uncomfortable reading it. Also, the blood contract can better protect Xiang Xiao. Why not make a blood contract? None of his family members have any offensive capabilities. Apart from being worried, they cannot protect Xiang Xiao at all. However, knowing that Xiang Xiao is in a very dangerous situation, he still disagrees with them forming a blood contract. I am really speechless. Yan Mu was also speechless. Since you knew that Xiang Xiao was in danger and his family did not agree to form a blood contract, you arranged for bodyguards to protect Xiang Xiao. But you didn't arrange it. If you didn't form a blood contract, you wouldn't be able to know Xiang Xiao's movements at all times. You wouldn't be able to notice immediately that he was in danger. You couldn't arrive in time even if you had the ability to teleport. You gave me all kinds of promises, but in fact you didn't do anything [awkward laugh] It felt so uncomfortable not to watch halfway through, so I chose to skip to the back. Later, Yan Mu found a bodyguard, and the two of them were very sweet. What can I say, I am very interested in this subject, but for the sisters I mentioned above, you can consider skipping to the back.
