An Agreement Between Us

What’s it like to go on a blind date and meet the person you’ve secretly loved? ［Marriage first, love later + Mutual secret crush + Possessive puppy + Healing + One-on-one, both leads have no prior relationships］ After Zhang Ju and Gu Zerui impulsively married, they treated each other with polite courtesy for a few days. Then, encouraged by her best friend, Zhang Ju worked up the courage to make the most of having him close at hand and flirted with Gu Zerui relentlessly. But Gu Zerui was as dense as a brick, unmoved by her bold advances. Until one night, a drunk Gu Zerui backed Zhang Ju against the bed and, looking aggrieved, refused to let her leave. He listed all the terrible ways she had neglected him, then begged for a kiss, pitiful and hesitant. “You’re the one who doesn’t want to sleep with me...” “Can I hold you?” “Can I kiss you?” “Please, talk to me...” Zhang Ju suddenly realized she might have discovered something incredible... * What Zhang Ju didn’t know was that during their time apart, Gu Zerui had secretly loved her year after year.
