Who Says Every Villain Has to Become an XP Pinata?!

[Author Transmigrates into Their Own Book + Villain + Powerful Protagonist + Romance Development + Dual Male Leads + Love Grows Over Time]

What kind of horrifying story would unfold if an author transmigrated into their own novel and became the villain boss whose defeat gives the protagonist their final experience points?

Author Yi Yuan: Who am I? Where am I? What am I supposed to do?

Yi Yuan, the author, is the greatest villain in the book's Three Realms, as well as the ruler of the demon realm: the Demon Emperor Yi Yuan!

But one day, the Demon Emperor Yi Yuan failed his tribulation, perished, and had his soul completely destroyed.

Author Yi Yuan says: Transmigrating into a book is fine, and even transmigrating into my own book is fine, but why did I have to become the villainous big boss?

Author Yi Yuan: I'm doomed. Other people who transmigrate into books get a golden finger and a System. I'm on my own, and I've become an experience-point piñata. Not only that, I'll also become the biggest “matchmaker” in the book.

Thinking about the plot he'd written, author Yi Yuan was already getting a headache.

To show just how deeply in love the male and female leads were, he had used the character Yi Yuan to put their relationship through all sorts of near-fatal trials!

Until one day...

Author Yi Yuan: I'm warning you! Don't come any closer! Come any closer and I'll beat you into an idiot!

Feng Qi: Go ahead and hit me, my lady. I'll take it. But don't forget, my lady can't beat me anymore.

Author Yi Yuan: Boo-hoo-hoo.

All of a sudden, Yi Yuan's life as a demon changed from being a villain to becoming the greatest matchmaker in the Three Realms. Even the celestial lords and ladies of the divine realm secretly wrote prayers and worshipped Yi Yuan, all hoping he would tie the red thread for them.
