In China, ancient times lie in the distant past. Some experts speculate that Chinese civilization may have existed hundreds of thousands, or even millions, of years ago. Yet our written history spans only five thousand years. So what exactly happened in China five thousand years ago?
Some say that many prehistoric civilizations existed before modern civilization, and that their technology may have far surpassed ours. So far, however, the idea of “prehistoric civilizations” remains speculation, with no concrete evidence to verify it. Still, history leaves clues. Now, let us return to the ancient past and see what happened then.
