Shanyue should have left this world after dying in a car accident, but a childish wish and a chance encounter with a passing cosmic entity led the all-powerful Red Sphere of the Ultraman universe to pull him into the world of the original Ultraman. After Shanyue pleaded with it and the Red Sphere had an unexpected mishap, he gained a low-level ability to devour things. To see what happens next, read the story. (This novel features many major changes to the plot, and some events do not follow the original.)
