From the Start, I Married a Witch, and the Empress Regretted It

The youngest and most celebrated Prince of the North in the history of the Great Qian dynasty was framed. The Empress ordered him stripped of his title and reduced to a commoner. Disheartened, Gu Buling left for a distant land and settled in a remote town. Gu Buling rescued a woman in a black dress, never imagining she was a witch. By the time the Empress remembered how good Gu Buling had been to her, he had already married the witch. Late at night, Gu Buling, the Great Qian dynasty's God of Slaughter, knelt on a washboard, explaining himself helplessly to his wife. “Wife, I swear I don't have the slightest affection for the Empress.” “Husband, you're the Prince of the North?” “Wifey, you're the witch?” The two commanders stared in disbelief as their armies faced off.
