World War II: From Burmese President to Global Power Broker

After an accident, Li Bufan transmigrated into the body of a man with the same name during World War II. His new identity was no ordinary one: he was not only Li Yunlong's eldest cousin, but also a regiment commander in the Expeditionary Force. He arrived in August 1942, after the Expeditionary Force had been routed across the entire front. Now he was a commander with no troops left, every last one of his men having died in battle. Looking out over the endless primeval forest, Li Bufan was worried. Fortunately, he awakened the Army-Building System, which rewarded him with a regiment from the start. From then on, he gathered the scattered survivors, helped the Burmese people crush the Japanese invaders, drove out the British, became president of Burma, and steadily set out to conquer the world. One day, as Li Bufan strolled through the presidential palace, he heard from his subordinates that Li Yunlong had traveled all the way to Burma. Li Yunlong: “Bufan, I heard you've made a fortune. You should at least get your little brother a few thousand Italian cannons. I'm broke way out here in the northwest.” Li Bufan could only shake his head at his grinning cousin. They were family, after all, so lending him a few planes and cannons wasn't out of the question.
