Mysterious Lotus Casebook: Reborn, I Make Peace with My Nemesis

Comment on the unit where I and my old enemy become adoptive fathers and sons So after watching Lotus House, without being blinded by the Jianghu friendship inside, and seeing through the cannibalistic nature of it - you will fall in love with Shan Gudao, because there is only one and a half politicians in Lotus House. One is the sect prince from a hundred years ago, the Guangqing Emperor, and the other half is a senior brother. Li Xiangyi is half a politician. The other people are all political thugs, including Li Lianhua - no wonder the people of Lianhua House are getting worse and worse. While satisfying his personal ambitions, the senior brother tried his best to protect the people under his rule, but in the end he died by overturning the table with the nobles in advance. This is completely different from the emperor occupying the throne but allowing the nobles to exploit the people. A hundred years ago, the clan prince, in order to protect the interests of the Daxi Dynasty, would rather kill his father and brother and sister-in-law to eliminate the Nanyin forces. I even speculate that he also carried out reforms to reduce the vassal and centralize power, so the vassal king will not be the first to end a hundred years later - the price is that he cannot even have a blood heir. A hundred years later, Shan Gudao, in order to explore a new way to free the people from the struggle of the court, which is to unify the court, break the solidified interests of classes and tilt the interests of the people, and re-take the road that the clan prince had not finished a hundred years ago, he did not hesitate to risk everything. In the end, he died on this road. Therefore, these two people are half-politicians. The reason why the senior brother is half-politician is because he is wavering and soft-hearted - either he chooses to hide his ambitions and concentrate on assisting Li Xiangyi and wait for his own decision-making mistakes to fall; As soft-hearted as he is, and he still takes into account his past feelings when facing a dispute over ideas, he is destined to be kicked out by Li Lianhua, who has degenerated into a pawn of the aristocratic family (it started with Li Lianhua being sick and licking the side, and ended with kneeling to the emperor and the aristocratic family after defeating Shan Gu Dao). Emperor Guangqing did the right thing back then. He chose the path of patricide and killing his brother and sister-in-law. He must correct his mistakes and use any means to stabilize the political situation. As a result, although he lost his bloodline heir, he was able to nip a bigger scourge in its infancy, so that the people of the country did not need to feel the pain. Otherwise, the clan prince would not have to bear the moral pressure of killing his father, brother and sister-in-law and tampering with history, but the people of the country would inevitably be messed up by the forces of Nanyin. At that time, even if they are removed in accordance with justice without bearing moral pressure, the losses to the people of the country will be irreversible. Therefore, I think what my senior brother did back then was what a politician should do - get rid of Li Xiangyi, who had already compromised with the noble family, and use the fall of Sigumen and the Jinmeng to re-enter the road of unifying the court. But when facing Li Lianhua ten years later, he lost his responsibility and was unable to eliminate the disaster again. As a result, the nobles of the aristocratic family were completely freed from the shackles of exploiting the people, and neither Wan Sheng Dao nor Bai Chuan Yuan could control them. If the emperor of Lianhua Tower is Di Xin who dared to reform and broke up with the powerful, then Shan Gudao is Ji Chang who tried to make concessions with the nobles and then counterattack, but in the end because Di Xin gave more to the people, he could only continue to win over the nobles. But it is a pity that the emperor of Lianhualou is an emperor who is not even as good as King You of Zhou. Even if the senior brother is just to destroy the Zhou Shenhou for personal ambition, and use this to severely damage the aristocratic power and enter the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Period when rituals and music are broken, the people still have the opportunity to deny the anachronistic Zhou system and break the shackles of the nobles and then break through and stand up again - not to mention that even Shenhou has made great efforts for the reform of King Xuan. After the death of King Xuan, Shenhou is also popular among the reformists.
