The Ancient City of Jingjue: Inheriting My Great-Grandfather's Expedition Notes

(A Ghost Blows Out the Light Fanfiction) [For a female audience, unconventional, not a power fantasy, no invincibility, no perfect characters. Read at your own risk if that bothers you.]

My name is Bai Huahua. I'm eighteen, and I'm the granddaughter of a Tomb Raider.

Oh, right. My great-grandfather's surname was Hu.

A hundred years later, a global catastrophe erupted. In a world crawling with zongzi, I inherited our great-grandfather's Tomb Raider talisman alongside Fatty, a descendant of Lord Fatty; Young Master, the grandson of Staff Officer Yang; and Little Golden Tooth, the grandson of Big Golden Tooth.

Our first destination was the ancient city of Jingjue. We were just a group of bright-eyed, carefree teenagers. We had no idea what dangers awaited us there.

All we knew was that youth is like poetry and burns like fire. We only get one life, so we should live it to the fullest and have no regrets when we die.
