How Can There Be So Many Great Loves in This World?

Let me start by sharing my own opinion~ I tend to agree with the statement in the title. After all, anyone who's been through it will understand~ If you can't give a relationship your whole heart while you're together, what's the point of trying to make up for it afterward? To me, all those “reasons” are just “high-minded” excuses cooked up to serve your own interests. When you get to the root of it, you'll find that everything inside has already rotted away~ So once you've missed your chance, you've missed it. There's really no need to make amends~ It only makes me feel like, after weighing the pros and cons, I was simply the best option you could find. A poison wrapped in a sugary shell.
