A Uchiha Who Doesn't Want to Be Hokage Isn't a True Uchiha

The review section has some surprises. Hashirama Senju: "Unbelievable. He's more suited to be Hokage than I am." Tobirama Senju: "That brat from the Uchiha clan is far too cunning. He actually fooled everyone." Madara Uchiha: "I never expected Izuna's successor to be so impressive. As expected, the Uchiha clan is the strongest clan of all." Son Goku: "This guy's a pretty good opponent! I really like him!" Vegeta: "Damn it! Why is this monster always stronger than me?" Ginyu: "So he really is a special race with psychic powers? I can't take over his body at all. What a shame." Frieza: "Oh ho ho! Uchiha Oboro-san, your battle power has already reached 200,000. As expected of the strongest member of the Otsutsuki clan. Please go help me wipe out those pesky Cooler armored squadrons." After transmigrating as Uchiha Oboro, he became the son of Uchiha Kagami and the father of Shisui. His personality combines the traits of the Three Great Unifiers of the Azuchi-Momoyama period: Nobunaga's genius and arrogance, Hideyoshi's indomitable spirit, and Ieyasu's patience. With no cheats and relying solely on cultivation, he awakened the Rinnegan through his own efforts and crushed the Otsutsuki clan. He was then recruited by the Ginyu Force to join Frieza's army and wage war across the entire anime multiverse.
