The Strange Affairs of the Six Dynasties

Look at the state of the world: natural disasters, human calamities, evil spirits running rampant, and ghosts and monsters wreaking havoc.

And then there are the heretical cultivators. To escape the cycle of life and death, to live forever, or simply for their own amusement, they’ll do anything. How did things get this way? Now all we can do is put our hopes in the exorcists. They once sought to ascend to heaven and become immortals, using their powers to overcome tribulations and attain the Dao. Now they can only use those powers to earn a living.
