Meeting a good book is like meeting a good friend, but Mr. Liu Run, whom I want to call my teacher, wants this kind of book that is full of details, has clear steps, and has strong logic to form a closed loop. It is reasonable and well-founded and has methods. I searched his books on Tomato and this is the third one.

The content covers aspects such as responsibility, communication, relationships and self, and also introduces the four manager roles. The book provides unique insights into some common management confusions, which is of great benefit to people. However, I hate some of the case characters in the book. Their problems are too extreme, but it also reminds us to avoid similar situations in actual management. Overall, this is a book worth reading.

With my intelligence, I can only stock up on salt, and when I make more money, I can stock up on some corn. If I make more money, I can buy a few warehouses to stock up on salt, corn, bottled mineral water, and coal! 😏
It broadened my confused thinking. I now have the prototype of systematic thinking, but I can't find the key. There is only a framework without specific action plans. So I studied, and this book inspired me, but I haven't found a book that really gave me the ability to think logically and gave me a practical plan, or where to start exercising. I still have no direction.
